Planners of the Shanghai Expo estimated 70 Million people would visit the Expo but judging from the numbers

There was a rare moment at one of China’s premier universities on the 18th September 2009, when a group of four Public Administration Officials were awarded Masters degrees.

Kenyan Medical student Isabella Ndege came out tops in recent Chinese proficiency competitions. The Principal Counselor and Deputy Head of the Embassy was on hand to encourage the student and it was all a very satisfying occasion.
